Mamaison Hotel Riverside Prague

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close enough to all the main tourist spots in the city centre. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the spaciousness and cleanliness of the bathroom were also a plus. The staff were friendly and available 24 hours a day.

The transfer from the airport to Mamaison Hotel Riverside was well organized and hassle-free. The room interiors and hotel design were nicely done, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The beds were wide and twin, providing a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spacious, and everything was super clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, keeping our luggage safe on our departure day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value for money and great amenities.

The hotel's transfer service from and to the airport was well-organized, making my business trip hassle-free. The location of the hotel was also a key advantage as it was close to my meeting venue. the staff during breakfast were really nice and the breakfast itself was perfect. The amazing view through the room window was an added bonus.

As foreign tourists, we loved the central location and the friendly and professional staff. Special thanks to Stepan Ungvari for his cheerful and supportive attitude throughout our stay. The room had a classical yet modern decor with a breathtaking view. The amenities, including the free Illy cup coffee machine and free tea, were a nice touch. The room was well thought out with a desk and comfortable bed. The hotel had a great atmosphere, with plenty of seating areas and a calm and peaceful environment. we felt welcomed and at ease during our stay.

The only downside was that our room was not as spacious or well-appointed as our friends' room. However, if we hadn't seen their room, it probably wouldn't have bothered us.

Missing concierge service.

During my recent stay at Mamaison, I had a fantastic view from my room overlooking the parliament and the chain bridge. The large windows even had a small sitting area with two chairs, perfect for enjoying the view. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a well-stocked mini bar and a decent bathroom. The buffet breakfast provided was ample and delicious, with options. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with the metro station only a 5-minute walk away and the streetcar right at the doorstep. We enjoyed exploring the city by foot, walking up to the castle and across the bridge to the Pest side of the river. There were also plenty of good restaurants nearby. I was very satisfied with my stay at Mamaison and would definitely recommend it to others.

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to everything and right down by the side of the river. We were able to easily reach all the main tourist spots from there. The room was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and all the necessary amenities. The staff at the hotel were really polite and helpful, always available to answer our questions and assist with any needs. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The bathroom was not quite as expected. The shower head could only be used when handheld, and it would have been better to have a fixed shower head in addition to the hand unit.

I cannot speak highly enough of Mamaison Riverside. Attentive staff, really good cleanliness, and beautiful room upgrade. 100% recommended.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful, providing good recommendations for places to eat. the hotel offers amenities such as holding bags after check-out and a newly refurbished interior in some rooms.

The hotel lacks in certain areas such as the service, with some staff members lacking basic manners and good service skills.

Rooms are spacious with all necessary amenities. Breakfast is available, but costly. Located a bit away from tram stops, but in a desirable area. Noise from outside is well blocked.

As soon as I stepped into this hotel, I felt immersed in a luxurious atmosphere. the exclusive amenities in my room were beyond what I expected, with an espresso machine and private facilities. the restaurant served an excellent buffet breakfast, with a variety of options to satisfy everyone's preferences. the staff's service was impeccable, always friendly and attentive to my needs. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.

It was not a dealbreaker, as there were excellent options in the bar and restaurant, but it would have been nice to have the option for in, room dining later in the evening.

I recently stayed at Mamaison Hotel Riverside for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The included breakfast spread was as good as a $50 buffet, and the staff was extremely helpful, making my visit to a new country smooth. The location was beautiful, away from the tourist crowds, but still within walking distance of many attractions. Renting bikes nearby allowed me to explore the city in a fun way. The room and building had a high-quality European style, and I also enjoyed a fantastic massage booked through the hotel.

The value for money at Mamaison was really good. We had a spacious room with a big bathroom, great for our 7-night stay. The hotel's location on the quiet side of the river, close to Charles Bridge, was perfect. The staff was very nice and attentive to our needs.
